Hair Brained New Moon
This report commences with the Sun entering the compassionate and creative sign of Pisces from 19th February until the 20th March 2009.
During the dates of 19th -24th February, Mercury the planet of communication and intellectual thought meets Jupiter the planet of expansion and opportunity. This is a time appropriate for research and collating inventive ideas for the collective good.
From 19th February to 7th of March both Venus (the feminine) and Mars (the masculine) are in harmonious connection. Relating on every level to the opposite sex at this time will go well. In this time frame, it is an excellent time to share activities and communication.
Venus the planet of relating, harmony, love and values will go retrograde on the 7th of March till the 18th April. If in a committed relationship this may well be a time where the partnership becomes strained. There may be conflicting views regarding values and principles in relation to money. You may also feel that you have not been respected in some way and this may led to nonverbal resentment.
Remember your partner may be feeling this also and anything said with hurt during this time may not be well received or understood. Get some pampering to nourish and nurture yourself, better still purchase a massage or spa voucher for your partner as well.
If single this will be a time where you will reflect on exactly what you need in a relationship that values you and what makes you happy. This is with friends as well as potential partners. You are tired of being the one who does all the work and overcompensates to keep the peace without any sense of appreciated in return. If you do not value yourself you cannot expect others to value you. Stand for what you believe in. If your views differ from other people, that’s ok. People are different, and all values can be respected without compromising your own.
Mercury the planet of communication moves into the emotional sign of Pisces from 9th March to 25th March. This is the condition of the emotional thinker. At this time there is an increased ability to have empathy with others. Intuition is strong. Artistic and musical ideas are paramount at this time. As a word of caution, you are sensitive now and your mind is easily influenced. As a result you do not see things clearly. It is advised not to make any important decisions till after 25th of March. Your thinking will be clearer then.
The new moon is in Pisces on the 25th of February. This is an excellent time to get in touch with your imagination and intuition.
This is an ideal time to commence a creative project or a humanitarian venture as an opportunity for transformational development.
The full moon is in Virgo on the 11th of March. You will feel restless and torn between breaking free and fulfilling your daily obligations. The challenge here is to address both of these sensations. The key is to honour your sense of duty while doing something to release your tensions. Having a massage on the day or one day before a full moon is always beneficial.
