Teresa has been interested in health and nutrition since about 20 years of age.
She has tried vegetarianism, veganism and macrobiotics; dairy-free diet, gluten-free diet, raw food diet and fasting; organic and bio dynamic foods. She has used homeopathics, herbal medicine, flower remedies and aromatherapy. She has received TCM (traditional Chinese medicine), acupuncture and acupressure; colour therapy, Bowen technique and PSH ( private subconscious healing). She has read books, listened to Cds, burnt incense and chanted. She has practiced Buddhist meditation, yoga and chi gong. She has learned reiki and pranic healing.
She believes that different things work for different people.
